We're Pins and Aces. We're a young and modern golf apparel and accessories brand redefining the look of the sport, and we're searching for a Head of Product to help us build what's next. We're based just west of Denver, in Arvada, Colorado. This role is in-person daily, with limited remote flexibility. We move fast. Our product line is growing, our customer base is expanding, and we need someone who can own the full product lifecycle, from concept to shelf, with a strong point of view on what people actually want to wear and carry. If you've got a sharp eye for trends, a feel for what sells, and experience building product assortments people get excited about, we want to talk. What you'll own: Leading product development from ideation through production; styles, colorways, materials, fits, accessories Building and managing seasonal assortments that balance brand vision with commercial performance Tracking trends across fashion, apparel, and lifestyle categories and translating them into product decisions Owning the merchandising strategy; what we make, how much, when it launches Partnering with creative, marketing, and ops to bring product to market on time and on brand Analyzing sell-through, margins, and customer feedback to inform what we build next Managing vendor and manufacturer relationships to maintain quality and hit timelines What we're looking for: 5+ years of product development or merchandising experience in fashion, apparel, or accessories A strong grasp of trend forecasting and how to apply it practically Experience building seasonal lines and working within a product calendar Comfort with both the creative side (aesthetics, positioning) and the business side (margins, sell-through, inventory) Ability to manage multiple SKUs and projects simultaneously without dropping the ball Strong communication skills; you'll work across teams and need to bring people along on your thinking
