Join the Publix Technology Team as an Intermediate Business Systems Analyst with the EDI, Purchasing, & Compliance Systems. You will be responsible for understanding business processes, developing project plans, managing projects, monitoring project performance, and developing implementation plans for highly complex technology solutions in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to support our EDI, Purchasing, & Compliance systems. The most suitable hire for this position will be a technical candidate with strong analytical, planning, problem solving, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendor, and business unit customers.

Your Impact Facilitate requirements sessions and document business/system needs with stakeholders Champion product vision, prioritize backlog, and track deliverables for timely completion Communicate project and product status to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with analysts to document processes, gather requirements, and identify improvements Partner with Architecture, Security, Compliance, and Audit to design secure, reliable solutions Develop detailed implementation plans for complex technology solutions Diagnose issues and define escalation paths for complex problems Oversee delivery processes: system access, data protection, and vendor engagement Align proposed solutions with agreed scope and limitations across teams Define acceptance criteria, conduct UAT, and validate deliverables Advocate for business needs to ensure solutions meet user and process requirements Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions aligned with strategy Provide after-hours deployment support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate vendor resolutions Leverage AI tools to drive productivity improvements across the systems development lifecycle #LI-JB1
