Position Summary
Lead Director, Product Innovation is responsible for leading the full innovation lifecycle for new payor-focused product concepts, from ideation through launch.

This individual contributor role identifies unmet market needs, develops and refines new product concepts, and leads the work required to evaluate, shape, and bring those concepts to market. The role partners closely with Enterprise and Aetna strategy teams, product development, product strategic partnerships, DDAT, and other shared service partners to translate ideas into launch-ready solutions. This role owns innovation from concept through launch, with handoff to the appropriate long-term owner after market introduction rather than ongoing product management.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00
$231,540.

00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
