Job Description:

Our client, a well-known music entertainment company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Product Developer - Merch. This role is hybrid in New York. •This is a 4-month W2 contract• In this role, you will assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns. What You Will Be Doing Assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns Manage timelines and schedules across cross-functional teams Negotiate and cost-engineer products to meet retail targets and margins Assist in overseeing pre-production timelines and compliance with product specifications Assist with managing supplier relationships and product integrity throughout the development process. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product development Diverse market experience across various apparel segments including men's, juniors, and children's wear Strong skills in cost negotiation with vendors and product engineering Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field (Preferred) Music merchandise production experience is a plus Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
