Collaborate with Medical Nutrition, Marketing, and Sales teams to meet product and patient needs. Source and evaluate ingredients, ensuring compliance with nutritional, sensory, and stability requirements. Design and monitor product shelf-life studies. Contribute to clinical evidence generation and present findings at professional events. Ensure products and processes are protected by strong intellectual property. What You Bring To The Job Bachelor's in food science, nutrition, or related field ( Master's preferred; PhD/PharmD is a plus). Several years of experience in product development of nutritional beverages/powders or similar . Several years of experience in basic and applied research and development, preferably in a small/mid-sized nutrition, food and/or biotech company. Experience in food/beverage formulation and manufacturing . Strong expertise in ingredient interaction, processing impact, and micro-nutrient use . Ability to design and monitor shelf-life protocols . Familiarity with FDA regulations; EU exposure is a plus. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Nice-to-Haves Experience with aseptic processing/Tetra Pakยฎ. Exposure to nutritional modeling software. Knowledge of intellectual property strategies in product development.
