Product Line Manager

    Goleta, CA
  • Hybrid Typically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday
  • Thursday The Role As Product Line Manager for Teva Active, you'll help lead the vision and drive business for the brand.
You'll manage the global product line throughout its lifecycle, from pre-planning and product briefing to pricing, profitability, and stakeholder presentations. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure products come to life as envisioned and on schedule, actively collaborating with sales, design, development, merchandising, materials, marketing, brand design, and finance. You'll own and drive consumer and market insights, trends, and sales information to inform the team and make educated decisions about the future of the business. This role is ideal for a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to jump in and help others as part of a small, dynamic, and high-performing team. We celebrate diversity

Your Impact Build, drive strategy, and manage the global product line throughout the lifecycle process Lead product pre-planning, briefing, pricing, and profitability analysis Present to key stakeholders and communicate actively across functions Drive seasonal briefs and line plans for the category Collaborate with Senior PLM to create and update performance product strategy Coach and mentor peers within the team Own and drive consumer insights, market trends, and sales information to inform business decisions Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred 5+ years of related experience in product management or similar roles 1-2 years of management experience Strong communicator and collaborator across multiple functions Entrepreneurial spirit and team player, willing to support others as needed Experience working on gendered or unisex projects, collaborations, apparel/accessories, SMUs, and sustainability initiatives What We'll Give You Competitive Pay and Bonuses

00 The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in: Goleta, California Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
