$65,000 - $85,000 annually Job Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Product Manager to support and grow our U.S. Anchor product line. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Regional Managers and sales teams to drive revenue, expand market presence, and ensure continued product success. This role involves providing technical expertise and product support to both internal teams and customers, helping to deliver high-quality solutions and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Partner with Regional Managers and sales teams to drive product sales and growth Provide technical guidance and product support to customers and internal teams Manage and develop anchor product lines Assist in the introduction and growth of new products Support compliance efforts related to industry codes and standards Handle ICC documentation, updates, and related processes Qualifications Strong knowledge of anchor products, including: Cracked and uncracked wedge anchors Medium- to heavy-duty concrete anchors Drop-in anchors Light- to heavy-duty metal, plastic, and nylon anchors Familiarity with current and upcoming building codes, including: International Building Code (IBC) Los Angeles County codes Miami-Dade codes Experience managing ICC approvals, documentation, and updates Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Proven ability to manage product lines and support sales growth Additional Information This is a hybrid position offering a mix of in-office and remote work Resumes will be reviewed directly by the hiring manager
