About Us Chipply is the industry's preferred web store platform that allows team dealers, custom apparel decorators, and corporate suppliers to build and launch online stores with ease and confidence.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to join our team and help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to build and improve products that solve real problems and deliver exceptional value to our users. This is a hybrid role, and will require being on-site at the office in New Berlin, WI 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery aligns with user requirements and timelines. Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on solutions to improve user experience and business outcomes. Lead product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus). 3+ years of experience in product management or related roles. Prior experience leading technical initiatives—such as system integrations or API development—is preferred, though not required. Proven success in delivering customer-facing software products. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Figma, or similar. Benefits Opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
