Job Description

Join us and be part of something extraordinary! ZF Chassis Systems Duncan, LLC has job openings (multiple) for the position of Product Manager based out of its location in Duncan, SC.
Job Duties:
Oversee sales activities for North America, focusing on a specific OEM Automotive Customer. Manage the RFQ process from pilot builds to serial production. Formulate pricing for products and services, including R&D, logistics, manufacturing tooling, and engineering costs. Coordinate internal teams such as engineering, project management, finance, accounting, logistics, production, and quality. Liaise with customer teams in engineering, project management, finance, accounting, logistics, production, and quality. Handle engineering changes and cost studies. Maintain the customer portal, report key metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction in areas of engineering, product, quality, and cost. Oversee sales planning activities, including budget and forecast, for North America. Report to central and divisional sales departments. Implement company sales processes and guidelines. Manage pricing in SAP. Prepare business reports and presentations using data from SAP. Up to 30% international and domestic travel for customer and manufacturing site visits, sales meetings, and other.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience in in the North American automotive driveline technology market for high-volume production assemblies and customer programs with OEM, and demonstrated experience with: Automotive quality management, including AIAG and
IATF 16949
standards; Safety critical automotive products, including driveline and chassis technology; Supplier quality management, including assessments and audits; 8D problem-solving methodology; PFMEA and Control Plans; SPC for manufacturing processes; GR&R and MSA; RFQ; Formulating product and service pricing, including cost analysis; North American automotive market, including driveline technology for high-volume, complex assemblies and customer programs with OEMs; SAP; GD&T. Must have Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
