Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Portfolio Management Own the roadmap and lifecycle management of multiple products and solutions, including planning, delivery, and ongoing optimization. Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and release plans across business functions. Conduct competitive analysis and provide thought leadership within assigned product areas. Establish and maintain processes for knowledge management and organizational learning. Drive product scope and prioritization decisions within an agile development environment. Partner with technology teams to define, review, and refine product designs and requirements. Change Management Develop and execute change management strategies that support product adoption and business readiness. Engage stakeholders to communicate changes, gather feedback, and address concerns. Coordinate training and support activities for end users and impacted teams. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. Stakeholder Engagement Build alignment among business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional groups to ensure successful delivery of objectives and milestones. Influence decision-making and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Resource & Value Management Lead cross-functional teams through product initiatives and strategic projects. Manage portfolio planning, resource allocation, and team capacity management. Monitor project progress, risks, issues, testing outcomes, and defect resolution. Track product KPIs, performance metrics, and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement. Leadership & Culture Demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills. Foster innovation and a results-oriented culture.
