Job Overview:
Own the business performance and lifecycle strategy for assigned Air Treatment product families within CSS North America, including both equipment and aftermarket offerings. The Product Manager is accountable for profitable growth, portfolio strategy, pricing, lifecycle decisions, and roadmap execution across the entire customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Own revenue, bookings, margin, market share, and price realization for assigned product families. Manage the portfolio across equipment, replacement parts, consumables, upgrades, retrofit kits, and service-related offerings. Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and lifecycle value. Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps. Translate customer, market, competitive, and channel insights into actionable strategy. Build business cases and recommend investment priorities. Define product requirements and commercial objectives. Partner with Engineering through the NPD process. Support stage-gate reviews, launch readiness, and commercialization. Identify opportunities to expand recurring revenue and installed-base penetration. Work with Service, Sales, and Engineering to develop lifecycle offerings. Improve customer retention and lifetime value. Develop pricing recommendations and value-based pricing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 3 + years of relevant experience

Air Product Experience Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Remote Pay Range The pay range for this role is $110,000-130,000, excluding incentive opportunities. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
