Job Description
The Product Manager will own the strategy and lifecycle of a portfolio of physical, manufactured products , from concept and development through launch, commercialization, ongoing management, and end-of-life. Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of assigned physical products. Lead new product initiatives from concept and business case through development, testing, launch, and commercialization. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify product opportunities. Develop product strategies, roadmaps, pricing, and go-to-market plans. Build business cases and support revenue forecasting and product profitability. Partner with Sales, Marketing, New Product Development, Purchasing, Operations, and other teams. Develop product positioning, sales tools, training materials, and marketing collateral. Monitor product performance and recommend improvements, investments, or discontinuation. Manage multiple projects and priorities using structured project management/Stage-Gate processes. Support trade shows, customer events, and occasional product installations. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, product marketing, sales, marketing, or a related field . Strong experience managing physical/tangible products is required. Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, industrial products, durable goods, commercial products, or similar industries preferred. Demonstrated experience with the full product lifecycle and new product launches. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Business and financial acumen, including pricing, market analysis, forecasting, and business cases. Strong communication and organizational skills. Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable taking ownership with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to travel up to 15%. Ideal Candidate A hands-on, physical-product Product Manager who has successfully helped bring tangible products from concept through launch and commercialization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can make decisions, solve problems, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects forward independently.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearBenefits:
