The Product Manager position is responsible for assisting in the downstream marketing activities for BLUEPRINTTM, Stryker Upper Extremity's unique surgeon-controlled 3D planning software. The primary focus will be leading surgeon and sales rep communication, education, direct to patient and promotional strategies for new software releases, along with supporting existing software functionality, partnering closely with hardware marketing. This position will be a driving force in launching Artificial Intelligence in BLUEPRINT, Mixed Reality in the operating room, digital medical education connectivity solutions, and more through
BLUEPRINT.
This person will be responsible for providing continuous support to the sales force and representing the marketing organization to cross functional business partners. technology value, incorporating future differentiated technology into plan used for partnered promotion. Provide support for the field sales force and maintain ongoing communication to assess their needs, general market trends and being a conduit to the software field marketing team. Understand the clinical environment influencing the Upper Extremities business, including clinical procedures, the key decision makers, and business barriers & motivations. Bachelor's Degree Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing or medical device sales
