About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to support our Mixing & Opening category, with a focus on Hamilton Beach® branded products including mixers, can openers, and related small appliances. This is a physical product management role, responsible for driving strategy, development, and commercial execution across a well-established category. This position plays an important role in supporting Hamilton Beach Brands' continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners and contributes to key business initiatives that support the company's long-term strategy. This is a hybrid position based in Glen Allen, VA and reports to the Senior Director, Product Marketing. What You'll Do Support the development and execution of category strategy and product roadmap for the Mixing & Opening portfolio. Manage product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market optimization Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver successful product launches Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions Support pricing strategy, margin targets, and overall portfolio performance Assist in preparing business cases, product briefs, and launch plans Monitor in-market performance and recommend actions to drive growth and improve results Contribute to innovation pipeline development and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred 7+ years of experience in product management, category management, or related roles within consumer goods Experience in physical product management, appliances, or consumer hardgoods preferred.
