What We're Looking For The Product Manager II plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's product offerings, ensuring products meet market demands, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role focuses on developing expertise in product lifecycle management, competitive market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to innovation and business growth. This is an opportunity to influence product vision, solve complex problems, and create value for customers worldwide. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of Zebra's products, competitive landscape, distribution channels, and customer needs. Knowledge and understanding of SW applications relevant to the use of the products for the markets and use cases enabled by the products. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, develop and execute on device AI strategies Advocate for the voice of the customer, integrating their feedback into product development processes. Collaborate with senior product managers and stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business goals, market demands, and customer feedback. Translate high-level product strategies into actionable development plans. Supports Senior Product Manager in executing product lifecycle activities for assigned product lines. Act as the Product Owner for your product line, ensuring that features and functional requirements align with customer needs and business objectives. Lead the product development lifecycle, including ideation, validation, and launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Build strong relationships with account teams and customers to better understand business requirements and priorities, use cases, applications and deployment requirements and provide these insights into product definition and development process. This position requires hybrid work (3 days/week in office) in the Holtsville, NY office. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science. 2+ years of relevant experience Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Successful completion of a Zebra Technologies internship Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and SAFe Frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong business acumen and customer orientation, with a proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals.
