Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team. This role is critical in defining and delivering product features that align with business goals and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building impactful product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog (user stories, epics) based on business value and strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable deliverables. Act as the primary liaison for product-related decisions throughout the development lifecycle. Analyze user feedback and product performance to inform continuous improvement and product strategy. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, demos, and retrospectives. Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders regularly. Ensure alignment between product goals and development execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development. Proven track record of delivering software products from concept to launch. Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environments. Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA. Strong understanding of product lifecycle, user-centered design, and iterative development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce is a significant plus. Familiarity with enterprise platforms and workflow systems. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Empathy for users and a customer-centric mindset.
