S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of product strategy with respect to value proposition, positioning, product portfolio(s), distribution and product features/function Review product performance against expectations; formulate and recommend changes to achieve optimal performance Innovate across the business in order to drive efficiency and growth; serve as a subject matter expert Create cost-benefit analyses and frameworks to evaluate prioritization of new development Influence innovation & integration across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across technology, marketing and service operations Client interaction and engagement is expected A directive style is a must It is no small task taking an idea through to implementation, so get ready for a challenge. Required Qualifications:

3+ years of product management/product development experience Client and executive presentation experience Proven excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Proven to be self-directed individual with the ability to prioritize one's work Proven ability to leverage critical thinking skills to arrive at solutions Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with levels of ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:
