at Creative Circle, LLC in Mettawa, Illinois, United States Job Description Our major healthcare agency client is seeking a Product Manager to join their team for a hybrid role in Mettawa, IL through the end of 2026. This Product Manager will lead platform enablement efforts for a patient services ecosystem, driving strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of a digital platform supporting internal and external users. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology, shaping user-facing experiences across channels such as field services, access and reimbursement, and digital communications. You will define product vision, align cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet evolving business needs.

The Basics Duration:
Assignment through end of 2026 Hours per week: Full-time (approximately 40 hours)Location:
Hybrid, Mettawa, IL Top Required Qualifications Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience across business, technology, operations, compliance, and design teams Proven Agile delivery leadership, including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders Other Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a product manager, technical product owner, or similar role Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments preferred Familiarity with Salesforce platforms such as Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud preferred Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence Understanding of platform lifecycle management and continuous improvement practices Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and process improvement capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as HIPAA is a plus Bachelor's degree required; technical discipline preferred Key Responsibilities Partner with business, technology, and operations teams to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives Coordinate discovery and delivery activities across technical, design, and business teams Collaborate with product leadership to refine goals, outcomes, and priorities Partner with technical counterparts to validate feasibility and ensure development readiness Define MVP scope and drive delivery through hypothesis-driven planning and experimentation Identify and escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes as needed Drive alignment across business, compliance, and technology stakeholders Support release planning and ensure readiness across teams Define success metrics, monitor performance, and continuously improve platform capabilities In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
