Product Manager (Senior-Level, Individual Contributor)

About Nuve Nuve Controls is a smart thermostat company based in Orange County building modern HVAC control solutions for contractors and B2B partners. Our platform includes a thermostat wall unit UI, mobile app for thermostat control, and a web dashboard and management portal used by contractors to manage installs, customers, and fleets at scale. Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Product Manager (Senior Individual Contributor) to own key areas of our product ecosystem. This role is execution-oriented and requires ownership across IoT hardware, firmware, cloud infrastructure, and multi-surface UI. This is not a people management role but requires strong independent leadership. Key Responsibilities Own roadmap and delivery across contractor web portal, mobile app, and thermostat UI. Translate customer and business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive installation, activation, fleet management, and support workflows for contractors. Collaborate across firmware, cloud (AWS), mobile, and web engineering teams. Define device onboarding, provisioning, reliability, and telemetry requirements. Create UX flows, wireframes, and mockups to clarify product behavior. Improve usability, activation success rate, and operational efficiency. Qualifications 5+ years of Product Management experience. Experience shipping web and/or mobile applications. Strong documentation and Agile execution skills (Jira/Atlassian). Experience with IoT or connected devices preferred. Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure. Experience in B2B or contractor-focused platforms is a plus.

Pay:

$135,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
