• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business, Management or equivalent practical experience\n
• Any experience leading and managing a team with direct and indirect reports\n
• 5+ years of software development or product management experience with demonstrated success delivering new products and experiences to market\n
• Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical skills\n
• Ability to identify metrics and key performance measures and use data to drive decisions which enhance the customer experience.
