Due to the onsite requirements of this position, applicants are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated work location (Chelmsford, MA). This role does not offer relocation. Job Summary This position is upstream in nature. Responsible for full life cycle management of the assigned defibrillator product line. Actively participates in the product development and platform global strategies. Establishes key customer relationships. Develops customer requirements, and proposes new product concepts. Acts as Voice of Customer in all decisions related to products. Benchmarks competition and stays fluent with state of the art in clinical practice. Conducts detailed analyses of the Market and Sales Performance, Crafts impactful Business Models and Marketing Plans. Presents work to Senior Leadership. Essential Functions Provide expertise in particular product area and develops strategies and applicable portions of the company business plan. Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned programs to ensure accomplishment of financial/budgetary goals and optimum allocation of resources. Coordinate program planning to ensure identification of appropriate manufacturing schedules, goals, design criteria, costs, and similar considerations. Identify market potential, establishes pricing and market strategies, estimates potential sales, introduces market, distribution/channel issues, and manages mature product through ''end-of

" Coordinate product introduction with marketing and sales organizations to ensure maximum penetration of market segment. Provide continuing product surveillance and management of established product to obtain financial objectives. Interface with Research and Development in order to ensure that product development efforts support the primary purpose. Lead the definition of new relevant new products and upgrades to existing products. Interpret and translates scientific clinical data into commercial implications. Required/Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of related experience Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into product requirements. Demonstrated ability to translate technical information into meaningful sales and customer messaging. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done. Financial modeling and forecasting experience a plus. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be a self-starter A track record of customer-oriented, problem definition. The annual salary for this position is: $131,900.00 to $150,000.00 This position is eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan.
