Piper Companies is sourcing for a Senior Product Manager to support brand strategy and execution for a global pharmaceutical organization within Oncology. This role is hybrid in Nutley, NJ. Responsibilities of the
Senior Product Manager:
Lead development and execution of promotional materials and brand initiatives aligned to financial and strategic goals. Partner with external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality execution and accountability to agreed standards. Support MLR/PRC review process for all promotional content and marketing programs. Develop and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI) using analytics and market research insights. Monitor market and competitor trends to identify risks, opportunities, and recommend strategic responses. Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial partners to ensure alignment on messaging and execution. Support brand forecasting, S&OP, and annual/long-range planning with Finance and brand leadership. Qualifications of the
Senior Product Manager:
5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in pharmaceutical sales or marketing. Background in oncology, specialty therapeutics, or rare disease areas is highly desirable. Knowledge of PhRMA standards along with regulatory and compliance frameworks. Proven ability to lead agency partnerships and drive cross-functional marketing programs. Strong business, financial, and analytical skills, including experience with forecasting and budget management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups. Bachelor's degree required; an MBA is a plus. Compensation for the

Salary Range:
$148,200 - $194,500 annually
