Required Qualifications:
3+ years in Product Management Deep, hands-on prior experience as a Product Manager working collaboratively across engineering and design to deliver outcomes across native iOS and Android app experiences. Skilled at partnering with engineering to translate customer and business needs into technical requirements spanning both frontend and backend. History of partnering closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive customer journey experiences. Excellent at planning, organizing, and executing experiments at scale with Optimizely (or equivalent A/B testing platform) to make high-velocity product decisions. Track record of strategic thinking and execution — develops and delivers against a multiquarter roadmap with measurable business impact.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering Preferred Qualifications Dives deep with data and customer research to identify trends, spot issues, determine gaps, and escalates appropriately to leadership. Excellent written communicator — comfortable driving alignment across senior stakeholders through structured narrative docs rather than slides. Experience with connected consumer smart home devices. Experience using AI to conduct discovery, develop requirements, build mock prototypes to test ideas, streamline internal processes, and/or deliver scalable internal tools. Experience at a subscription-first DTC company. #LI-hybrid #LI-LB1 The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $193,425.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
