Our healthcare insurance client is seeking a Product Manager who excels at building cross-functional relationships and influencing without direct authority. This role will play a critical part in transitioning teams from a project-based mindset to a product-driven, agile operating model, with a strong focus on supporting Medicare and Medicaid initiatives.
Success in this role requires a balance of product ownership, stakeholder partnership, and domain expertise in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid programs, including D-SNP, FIDE, and HIDE plan structures. This individual will support high-volume Medicare telesales agents and broker channels, ensuring solutions align with regulatory requirements, enrollment processes, and evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key integrator across teams, aligning priorities, constraints, and tradeoffs
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders
- Influence without authority to drive alignment and decision-making in ambiguous environments
- Manage conflict constructively and maintain momentum during fast-paced sales and enrollment cycles
- Proven ability to define cross-platform product strategy and build outcome-driven roadmaps
Deep expertise in Medicare & Medicaid, including:
D-SNP (Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans)
FIDE (Fully Integrated Dual Eligible)
HIDE (Highly Integrated Dual Eligible) plan designs
Demonstrated experience owning products end-to-end within an agile framework
3+ years working with Scrum teams
Strong experience serving as a product integrator across business units, engineering, and analytics teams
Experience in large-scale healthcare or insurance organizations preferred
Pay range: 55-65/hr

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years in a Product Manager or Product Owner role
- Proven experience defining cross platform strategy and ability to build outcome orientated roadmaps
- Deep understanding of Medicare and Medicaid specifically in :
D-SNP, FIDE, HIDE
plan designs
- Ability to collaborate and be the primary product integrator for other business units, engineers product managers and analytics teams to ensure delivery
- Demonstrated ownership of products end-to-end in an agile environment
- 3+ years working with Scrum teams
- Experience in large enterprise environments preferably healthcare or insurance
- Ability to work East Coast hours
