Experience working in an Agile product environment with strong understanding of Agile best practices.
Proven ability to refine, prioritize, and manage a product backlog.
Experience translating business processes into product requirements, user stories, and actionable work for engineering teams.
Strong process-mapping skills, including documenting current-state and future-state workflows.
Ability to drive operating model transformation across people, process, and technology.
Technical aptitude and ability to work closely with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Execution-oriented individual who can operate in the details and drive work forward day to day.
Experience working in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Consulting, or related transformation roles.

Skills and Requirements
Partner with the Change Manager to design and implement the future-state Client Engagement Operating Model.
Analyze how client work is handled today and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve automation, and create better client outcomes.
Document and map current-state and future-state processes across people, processes, and technology.
Translate operating model changes into product requirements that feed directly into the Inquiry Management workstream.
Manage and refine the team backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
Facilitate backlog grooming and prioritization sessions with stakeholders and engineering teams.
Work closely with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams to understand dependencies and how workflows and requests are tracked within the platform.
Coordinate across business, operations, product, and technology teams to drive alignment and execution.
Track outcomes, dependencies, and delivery progress to ensure successful transformation and adoption of the new operating model. Healthcare industry experience.
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience.
Experience supporting client engagement, client operations, service operations, or inquiry management functions.
Experience with organizational change management or partnering closely with change managers.
Experience leading large-scale operating model or business transformation initiatives.
CSPO, Certified Product Manager, or similar Agile/Product certifications.
