A large healthcare client of ours is seeking a mid-level Product Office Resource to support a fast-paced, enterprise product team. This individual will operate at the intersection of product, program, engineering, and architecture-helping drive alignment, manage intake, and bring structure to cross-functional initiatives.

This role is highly collaborative and requires someone who can bring teams together, facilitate discussions, and help translate business problems into actionable workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage intake process for incoming product/engineering initiatives
  • Facilitate and drive cross-functional meetings (product, engineering, architecture, business)
  • Help define and communicate problem statements and business needs
  • Act as a connective layer across stakeholders (Product Office, engineering leads, architects)
  • Support RX Connect / retail pharmacy-related discussions and initiatives where applicable
  • Capture and distribute meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Ensure alignment across teams on priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
  • Partner closely with product managers and program managers to support execution
  • Help bring structure and organization to fast-moving product initiatives
    Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Mid-level (around 6 years' experience) but able to operate confidently with Director-level stakeholders
  • Highly organized and proactive-someone who naturally brings structure and clarity to ambiguity
  • Strong communicator who can connect the dots across teams
  • Comfortable being in a coordination-heavy, facilitation-focused role (vs. purely executional PO work)
    Additional Notes
  • This role will work closely with multiple team leads (ex: Mukesh, Matt, etc.) and help coordinate across pods (~25% allocation across groups)
  • Strong emphasis on bringing people together, driving conversations, and keeping initiatives moving
Payrate:

$50-55
