We're seeking a future team member for the role of Product Management to join our Loan Enablement Platform team. This role is located in either Dallas,Tx or Houston, Tx. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Establish the strategic approach for developing products and product lines, ensuring functional strategies align with business unit objectives and drive growth and profitability. Lead the product lifecycle from development through marketing; evaluate enhancements and innovative features and ensure implementation across global products. Determine strategic positioning and targeted client segments; maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape and industry environment to inform market-facing business cases. Collaborate with Relationship Management, Business Development, Account Management, and Marketing to deliver on sales and market share goals while aligning work to regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced/graduate degree preferred. 10-15 years of total work experience, with at least 3-5 years in management preferred. Securities or financial services experience preferred. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.

Manages multiple teams through subordinate managers; recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff to maximize individual contribution and team effectiveness, providing feedback at critical times.
