Job Description

Role Summary We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Owner to lead the roadmap and delivery of KYC (Know Your Customer) and Fraud capabilities across our digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep domain knowledge in KYC/AML, sanctions, identity verification, and fraud prevention with strong Agile product management skills. You will own the backlog, drive prioritization, and articulate clear, testable user stories in Jira, while maintaining product documentation and decision logs in Confluence. You'll partner closely with compliance, risk, data science, engineering, and operations to deliver compliant, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • 5-10+ years in product management/ownership within banking, fintech, or financial services, with 3+ years in KYC/AML and/or Fraud domains.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira (advanced backlog management, dashboards, workflows) and Confluence (structured documentation, templates).
  • Proven delivery of KYC onboarding, sanctions screening, and fraud capabilities (e.g., identity proofing, device intelligence, velocity checks, transaction risk scoring, behavioral biometrics).

Preferred:

Salary Range:
$100,000 to $125,000 per year
