What You Will Work On Support the development and refinement of Private Brand assortments by managing product details and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Daily work includes organizing specifications, tracking samples, and partnering across teams to ensure products meet expectations. The position contributes directly to improving quality, value, and customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate on timelines, support artwork approvals, and help resolve issues that arise throughout development. The work involves refreshing assortments, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities to elevate product performance. Your efforts support the creation of competitive, consumer‑ready products across multiple categories. Who You Will Work With This role partners closely with Buying, Production, Quality Assurance, Vendor Compliance, and Import Logistics to support development milestones. You'll also work with suppliers, manufacturers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with brand goals. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors.
