This role requires strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, keen market awareness, and the ability to translate business needs into successful product strategies. Position Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmapping Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap Align product direction with business goals and customer needs Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development Act as the voice of the customer across all stages of the product lifecycle Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities Evaluate competition and user feedback to inform product decisions Execution & Delivery Manage the product backlog and oversee sprint planning Ensure timely delivery of product releases with high quality standards Performance Monitoring Track product performance metrics and user feedback Iterate on product features based on data and insights Prerequisites Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product leadership role Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Technical background or familiarity with software development is a plus Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Pragmatic Institute Product Management Certification PMI-ACP or related Agile certification What the Role Offers Competitive salary: $160,000 - $180,000 Opportunity to lead high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and supportive team culture Clear path for professional advancement and growth Why La Porte?
