12 Months Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): Detailed Job Description We are looking for a Principal Consultant with strong Banking and Product Management experience to support Capital Markets and B2C Customer Experience initiatives. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product teams to define requirements, improve customer experiences, and ensure successful product delivery. Responsibilities- Define and manage product requirements for Banking/Capital Markets initiatives.
- Analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform data analysis, data mapping, and data governance activities.
- Understand business objectives, operating models, process flows, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with business, development, QA, architecture, and operations teams.
- Identify and resolve requirement gaps, dependencies, and ambiguities.
- Support Agile ceremonies and work as a Product Owner/Team Lead. Must Have Skills
