MindCoords mission centers on empowering creators to build and share compelling experiences across devices through human-centric approaches to digital content and interactive environments. To support MindCoords growth in global markets and the expansion of our 3D content creation platforms and related interactive reality offerings, MindCoord requires the professional services of a Senior Technical Product Manager, Global Markets to ensure the successful adoption, deployment, and commercialization of our technology products. In this role, the Senior Technical Product Manager will provide engineering-based technical solutions and support to help bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and our customers from early needs assessment and solution design to technical validation, deployment, and post-implementation support. In a quantitative breakdown, the Senior Technical Product Manager will perform the following duties: Technical Engineering Solutions and Support (40% of the time) Provide engineering-based technical expertise to support customers in implementing MindCoords human-centric computer vision and 3D/interactive-reality capabilities in immersive experiences. Recommend improvements to technical configurations, components, or deployment approaches, documenting how changes are expected to reduce costs, improve stability, or enhance performance and scalability. Provide technical analysis to sales team members regarding solution specifications, applicable technical standards, interoperability constraints, and implementation/production methods to support sales initiatives and customer commitments. Plan and conduct technical validation activities, including software/hardware integration checks and performance testing of technology systems; analyze the results and prepare technical summaries used to support customer deployments and sales demonstrations. Diagnose technical issues encountered in customer environments (software/hardware integration, stability, connectivity, or performance problems) and coordinate resolution with the internal team to support successful deployments. Customer Requirements and Needs Assessment (30% of the time) Confer with customers and internal engineering teams to assess technical needs and determine system requirements for deploying MindCoords computer-vision/3D interactive technologies. Evaluate customers environments and integration constraints and identify risks, dependencies, and prerequisites for successful rollout. Coordinate cross-functional reviews with engineering/product/sales teams to assess the feasibility of customers requests and propose recommended solution configurations or phased rollout approaches. Provide customers and internal stakeholders with technical guidance on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of deployed solutions within our customers environments. Sales Meetings and Outreach (30% of the time) Prepare and deliver in-depth customer presentations and product demonstrations of 3D environment design solutions that explain technical capabilities, workflows, and performance. Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to develop customer-facing technical proposal content that aligns with customer requirements and deployment timelines. Partner with sales staff and management to develop global territory and segment strategies and identify high-value customers for deployment and distribution of immersive 3D experiences. Build and maintain customer relationships through recurring technical sessions, follow-ups, and customer enablement activities, while tracking action items and maintaining pipeline and reporting records.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or another closely related field 2 years' work experience analyzing a company's 3D environment product offerings to ensure these products meet market and industry demands. Proficiency in SolidWorks, C++, Python, and JavaScript.
