Job Description

Duties:
The Associate Product Manager ("PM") is an integral member of Axiom's Product Department ("Product"). The PM will play a key role in supporting the Product Team, working closely with Senior Product Managers to manage and enhance a suite of applications; providing discovery assistance on new features and epics, including research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder input. The PM will be accountable for collaborating with the design team to refine wireframes, prototypes, and user experience flows for new and existing features; facilitating and participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), coordinating with stakeholders to validate that delivered features meet requirements. The PM is expected to work closely with Business Analysts to pre-groom the backlog and write well-defined, detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. As well as leverage AI tools and automation technologies to streamline product processes, documentation, and analysis workflows. Additionally, the PM will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Director of Product and AI Innovation.
Essential Functions:
The essential functions of the PM are to: Manages, plans and coordinates the development of new products and enhancements of existing products. Assist in maintaining product documentation, release notes, and internal communications related to product updates. Track and manage product feedback, defects, and feature requests to support ongoing prioritization decisions. Lead and support requirements gathering sessions to define clear, actionable product requirements aligned with business goals.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 3 or more years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst or related fields. Required Proven experience with requirements gathering, user story writing, and backlog grooming. Familiarity with agile/scrum development methodologies and product lifecycle management. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and QA. Experience conducting or supporting UAT testing cycles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. Data-driven decision-making mindset Preferred Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) for process automation, documentation, or analysis — a significant plus. Experience in the healthcare technology or clinical software space. Proficiency with product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Productboard, or similar platforms. Exposure to UX/UI design collaboration tools such as Figma or Miro.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work, Light to moderate lifting is required, Ability to uphold the stress of traveling, Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Must be willing to travel up to 5%.
