This is a high-impact role for a product leader with strong trading domain knowledge , platform thinking, and experience delivering complex systems in a matrixed, agile environment. What You'll Do Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for key Trading Platform capabilities, including front-end experiences, APIs, and system integrations Partner with senior business, technology, operations, legal, and compliance stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes Lead cross-functional Agile Scrum teams , translating strategy into epics, features, and user stories Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog , ensuring alignment to business goals and regulatory requirements Define release plans , milestones, and success metrics in collaboration with engineering and program partners Drive end-to-end delivery , from discovery and design through development, testing, launch, and post-release support Establish test plans and acceptance criteria , overseeing integrated and UAT testing efforts Act as a subject-matter expert for Trading workflows , participating in stakeholder reviews, demos, and escalations Provide ongoing production support , triaging issues and partnering with technology teams on resolution and continuous improvement What you have Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with demonstrated ownership of complex digital or platform products Strong trading domain knowledge (e.g., order lifecycle, execution, allocations, compliance, advisor or client trading workflows) Proven experience delivering products using Agile / Scrum methodologies Exposure to AI-enabled features or data-driven product capabilities Ability to lead without authority in a highly matrixed organization Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills Experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Preferred Qualifications Experience with wealth management, advisory, or brokerage platforms Experience building or modernizing API-driven platforms and integrations Familiarity with large-scale transformation initiatives and legacy platform modernization CFA or similar financial services certification In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
