Leveraging deep industry insights and proven expertise, we deliver end-to-end solutions that accelerate time-to-value and realize our clients' digital visions across commercial and federal sectors. As part of the commercial segment of Everforth, we are committed to driving the next wave of global IT services and digital transformation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-enabled product from the ground up. This role is 50% Product Owner and 50% Product Manager where you will define and defend the product roadmap while also translating market and client needs into clear, prioritized requirements for the engineering team. Youll serve as the products primary external voice, building compelling narratives for stakeholders, prospects, and partners while maintaining transparency about current capabilities and whats ahead. On the Product Owner side, youll work alongside engineering to manage the backlog, ensure disciplined feature prioritization, and hold the line on scope to protect the products integrity. Product Vision & Roadmap Establish and defend a clear product boundary determining what the product will and will not do, and holding that line with confidence against scope creep and one-off requests. Assess how the product should evolve: as a standalone SaaS platform, remain a services-integrated offering, or take a hybrid dual-channel form and then build the business case to support that decision. Define the core feature set by identifying the common capabilities our largest clients need, then designing a roadmap that builds toward that baseline with disciplined prioritization. Calculate Total Addressable Market (TAM), develop pricing models, and structure packaging that supports a scalable go-to-market motion. Translate market and client needs into crisp, unambiguous requirements for the engineering team -functioning as a bridge between the field and delivery. Channel innovation and enthusiasm into structured feature completeness, ensuring ideas are evaluated against the core vision before entering the roadmap. Maintain awareness of technical and market feasibility; push back on ideas that compromise the products integrity or the teams ability to execute. Market Engagement & Customer Development Serve as the products primary external voice - articulating a compelling narrative that builds belief in the vision while being transparent about what exists today and whats coming. Build and maintain deep relationships with key clients to extract validated insights, prioritize pain points, and confirm the product is solving real problems. Partner with sales leadership to develop packaging and positioning materials that enable a repeatable selling motion. Present the product roadmap and vision to executive stakeholders, prospects, and partners - commanding the room with clarity and conviction. Manage client and market expectations honestly during this build phase; tell a story that inspires confidence without overpromising. Demo the product to the sales and leadership field as well as technical and non-technical audiences, constantly seeking and integrating feedback. Write and publish Point-of-View on where the product fits in the landscape of AI's evolution
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree required in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical or business discipline. 5+ years of product management experience, including at least one full product lifecycle from concept to commercial release. Demonstrated ability to define and defend a product vision - not just manage a backlog. Experience in or adjacent to services-oriented organizations; you understand how products get implemented in client environments, not just shipped. Strong executive presence and communication skills; you can present to a boardroom and a sales team with equal effectiveness. Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled products; you dont need to be an engineer, but you need to speak the language and set realistic expectations. Proven ability to calculate TAM, build business cases, and frame pricing and packaging decisions with data. Experience using Jira, PowerBI and product management platforms such as Productboard, Optimizely and Aha! Experience bringing an internal accelerator, tool, or services capability to market as a productized offering, highly preferred Background that spans both tech product organizations and services environments, highly preferred as a pure SaaS background without services exposure will limit your effectiveness here. History of writing or presenting product narratives that non-technical audiences find compelling and credible, highly preferred Limited travel to present at relevant conferences.
