Key responsibilities include:
Defining and communicating product vision and roadmap for ML-driven solutions. Translating business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications. Managing and prioritizing the product backlog to maximize value delivery. Collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth execution. Monitoring product performance and driving continuous improvement based on feedback and metrics. Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements. Familiarity with software development lifecycle, DevOps and ML Ops principles. Must Have Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant exempt experience; Master?s Degree and 3 years of relevant professional experience; Ph.D. and 0 years of experience. One of the following may be used as an equivalent toBachelor's Degree:
NNS Apprentice School graduate Navy Nuclear Power School (NNPS) graduate Associate's Degree or other formal 2 year program and 2 years of relevant exempt experience or 4 years of relevant non-exempt experience Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years of professional experience, or Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience. PhD and 0 years of experience. Nice to Have Experience supporting Data Science or ML Ops teams. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and model lifecycle management. Familiarity with ML Ops tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions. Experience with backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
