Job Description
Manager, Product Management

Execution Support:
Assist in driving phases of the integration lifecycle, including business rule documentation, servicer integration requirements, and support the design of back-office processes. +Operational Validation:
Partner with the team to perform rigorous operational validation, ensuring that new processes / system integrations function as intended before and during cutover windows. +Documentation & Governance:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, process maps, and control frameworks to ensure full audit-readiness. +Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to execute integration tasks and address roadblocks that arise during the conversion process. +Communication & Reporting:
Create transparency across the workstream by maintaining status trackers, preparing reporting materials, and highlighting vendor performance metrics for project leadership. +Issue Resolution:
Support the triage of integration issues, escalating blockers to senior leadership while ensuring day-to-day tasks remain on track to meet aggressive delivery milestones.General Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:
- + Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: + A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing •OR•+ Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience •
