Product Manager for Wire and Cable in Transit Market

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Wire and Cable Product Manager to join our team at our Colchester, VT office. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting direction, marketing, goals, developing new products, and organizing the growth in the transit market.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate new product development Develop market strategies; develop product literature Analyze market potential for new and existing products Coordinate outside compliance approvals Work with R&D to develop new compounds Design and create product drawings Prepare product cost; develop price sheets Prepare engineered quotations Specify and procure raw materials for new products

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering or Science) or at least 5 years of experience in applicable field/duties. Product management experience, preferably in transit or manufacturing. Proficiency in CAD or Solidworks Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong time management skills Ability to travel, domestic and international Wire and cable experience a plus. $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
