Key Responsibilities Build and lead a high-performing Product Creation team across Product Design, Product Development and Product Engineering that operates in alignment with company culture and guiding behaviors Lead the end-to-end product creation process from concept through commercialization Contribute to overall Product Department strategy and translate it into clear priorities, plans and actions for the Product Creation team Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen product quality, execution and speed-to-market Oversee the creation, delivery, approval and maintenance of all technical product documentation, including BOMs, Tech Packs, RSL and SOP documents Ensure all product projects align with cost targets, timelines, quality expectations and commercialization goals Maintain consistency of brand standards across all product projects Ensure effective communication and collaboration with suppliers and vendor partners throughout the product creation lifecycle Day-to-Day Responsibilities Organize and manage workflow across the Product Creation team, monitoring timelines, priorities and deliverables Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering and external vendors to keep projects on track Review technical product information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation Communicate technical requirements, expectations and updates clearly to internal teams and external partners Evaluate current workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce complexity Facilitate collaboration between design, development and engineering functions to support innovation and execution Preferred Experience and Attributes 8+ years of progressive experience in product creation, technical development or commercialization within a consumer products environment Experience working with modern product creation tools and platforms, including PLM systems, CAD tools and Adobe Creative Suite Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust, create clarity and lead high-performing technical teams Experience managing complex product creation workflows, cross-functional partnerships, and supplier relationships from concept to market Strong understanding of product timelines, cost targets, quality standards and commercialization requirements Highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into clear actions Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency and innovation Experience in footwear, insoles, orthotics, outdoor, performance, wellness or related product categories strongly preferredSimilar jobs in Ferndale, WA
