Secret Lair is where our most expressive, collectible, and wonderfully strange ideas come to life. And we're looking for a Product Manager to join the Secret Lair Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team to bring those products to fans across the globe. Think of this role as part digital product strategist, part TPM technical navigator, part merchandising wizard, and part cross-functional diplomat. You'll run our digital storefront, shaping how fans discover, shop, and experience some of the most exciting and innovative products in all of Magic. What You'll Do:
Lead product launches , own the cross-functional launch rooms, triaging issues in real time, keeping teams focused on the correct priorities, and proactively communicating with a multitude of stakeholders and escalating (when necessary) to leaders. Craft the vision, from concept to deployment, working closely with business partners, marketing, engineering, and UX designers to continuously improve our fans' journey through the Secret Lair shopping experience. Operate with strong TPM instincts, maintaining meticulous organization, navigating dependencies, refining requirements, and ensuring teams stay aligned. Craft and evolve our DTC merchandising approach , using signal-rich data to shape site experience and drive conversion performance; covering evergreen collections, themed campaigns, global expansions, and everything in between. Represent the DTC team confidently in client-, partner-, and stakeholder-facing settings , presenting roadmaps, and data-driven findings and recommendations with clarity and polish.
What You'll Bring:
Demonstrated ability in DTC ecommerce , digital product management, or merchandising. Excellent project management skills, with experience in fast-moving, high-stakes launch environments. Proven background in shipping new features , improving ecommerce journeys, and partnering effectively with engineers and designers. Strong communication and presentation abilities, from cross-functional partners to leadership and collaborators; to conveying technical information to non-technical colleagues and interpreting non-technical input for technical audiences. The base salary range for this position is $96,000.00 to $165,600.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
