Over their careers, successful product managers will be exposed to multiple businesses/products, and pushed to grow into senior level general managers that independently run large business segments and organizations. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager
- Tech to lead our efforts to simplify the experience for selling partners WW, as by thinking strategically about scaling systems and tooling across various selling partner cohorts and simplifying their experience for managing account health and compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Define and evolve the product strategy and vision grounded in customer needs, internal insights, and external analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve the Selling Partner experience and translate them into products and features with clear business impact.
- Own the product roadmap from concept to launch
- prioritize ruthlessly for ROI, manage scope, and deliver a consistent cadence of high-quality releases.
- Write clear, comprehensive requirements documents and partner with engineering to influence technical design, make tradeoffs, and unblock delivery.
- Work directly with internal customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and existing solutions.
- Drive execution by establishing clear ownership, project commitments, and reporting mechanisms that keep teams accountable.
- Build and own cross-org mechanisms (QBRs, roadmap reviews, goal alignment) to drive visibility and coordinated execution across teams.
- Communicate and evangelize product innovations to stakeholders and the broader selling community.
- Query and analyze data to surface insights that inform strategy, prioritization, and business decisions at scale.
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience Preferred Qualifications
