DESCRIPTION
Denied Party Screening (DPS) prevents denied party(s) from transacting with Amazon businesses. We build highly scalable products to detect and prevent prohibited transactions using algorithms, machine learning, and sanctions/compliance domain expertise. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager
  • Technical to own product roadmap and innovation for our DPS products. You bring technical depth, domain fluency in sanctions screening, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Key job responsibilities Own the product roadmap
  • use Amazon's Working Backwards process to identify customer pain points, define requirements, and prioritize delivery Drive domain innovation
  • monitor trends in sanctions/AML screening, denied party list management, fuzzy matching algorithms, and AI/ML-based detection to inform product strategy Partner cross-functionally
  • work with engineering, legal, compliance, and operations teams to design and deliver scalable screening products that meet both technical and regulatory requirements Manage execution
  • track progress, communicate to stakeholders, mitigate risks, and maintain quality Build feedback loops

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
