Our client, a leading organization in the contact center and technology services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Product Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be an integral part of the Operations Support team, ensuring the seamless administration and strategic enhancement of Amazon Connect platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technology management, aligning successfully within a diverse and inclusive work environment.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Design, implement, and maintain contact flows, routing profiles, and queues to optimize call distribution and customer experience + Manage user profiles, security settings, permissions, and access controls within Amazon Connect + Configure and enhance queue settings, hours of operation, and quick connects based on evolving business needs + Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of the Amazon Connect instance + Develop and maintain real-time and historical reporting dashboards, contact trace records, and operational metrics to support decision-making •What's Needed?
  • + At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Connect instances in a production environment + Deep knowledge of Amazon Connect features including contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and quick connects + Experience with user management, security profiles, IAM policies, and access controls within AWS + Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and Kinesis integrated with Amazon Connect + Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders •What's in it for me?
