Madison, WI Job Overview - Lumino Inc. is seeking a proactive, dynamic, and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovation products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role is responsible for defining product vision, meeting development timelines, and collaborating with the product development team to deliver high-quality solutions. As a Product Manager, you will be a critical part of a high-speed development team focused on delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to guide the development and success of a product from idea to launch. Founded in 2001, Lumino is an international home décor company known for its innovation in window treatments and its commitment to quality, design, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that align with business objectives Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high quality products Lead the developmental process and make informed prioritization decisions to meet customer deadlines Conduct market and competitive analysis to find opportunities for differentiation Monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics to ensure successful product outcomes Coordinate product launches to align with customer deadlines Act as primary point of contact for product decisions and cross-functional alignment Identify risks and proactively develop solutions throughout the product lifecycle Other Duties & Travel Expectations Domestic travel required (about 2-4 times a year). Potential International travel Assist with cross-functional and ad-hoc company projects as needed. Adhere to company policies and internal controls. About Lumino Inc. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
