Essential to this Position The Product Management Intern will be responsible for assisting the Product Management Team starting in spring/summer of 2026. Our ideal candidate is in their senior year potentially graduating in Spring 2026, with an interest in continuing on to a career in Product Management. Successful Product Managers are multi-faceted with a broad range of interests and skills, including the ability to successfully interface with diverse business functions: Sales, Marketing Communications, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing Operations, Executive Leadership, and others. Areas of Learning/Responsibilities Support market and customer segmentation initiatives to drive incremental business Shadow New Product Development (NPD) projects and support Product Manager lead with project management Assess project feasibility and analyze financial models and project ROI Gather competitive data to understand competitive advantages or weaknesses Review and process quotations for assigned product line(s), modeling downstream production implications while assessing market competitiveness and margin goals Support the product management team with sales opportunity pipeline reporting Develop product knowledge to assist the sales team and assist with product quality complaints from customers Participate in inventory management projects Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline job tasks Support with SKU rationalization and cost savings initiatives Qualifications Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or other related degrees Strong background / knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a fast-paced environment Willing to take risks and develop projects on their own Accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational skills and strong time management skills Good communication skills, both oral and written
