- Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi‑channel paid media campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic platforms.
- Develop comprehensive, data‑driven paid media plans aligned to business, sales, and marketing objectives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on paid media platforms, trends, and best practices within a B2B technology environment.
- Own campaign performance analysis, translating data into insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement through audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategy refinement, and budget reallocation.
- Identify and recommend new growth opportunities, emerging platforms, and incremental budget investments
- Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, partners, and agencies to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Manage and forecast paid media budgets, pacing, and performance against KPIs.
- Oversee advertising invoicing and collaborate with finance teams to ensure budget accuracy and compliance.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and informal mentorship to junior paid media team members.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic priorities. What You'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of paid advertising channels, tactics, and performance measurement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect performance data to business outcomes.
- Proven experience working in a B2B marketing environment.
- Ability to manage complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior marketers.
- Advanced experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and attribution models.
- Experience working with external agencies or vendor partners.
