Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive organic growth. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that improve website visibility across search engines, enhance user engagement, and increase conversion rates. Your expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, and web analytics will be instrumental in shaping our digital marketing success. Duties Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with overall digital marketing goals to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for content optimization and targeted campaigns. Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to enhance relevance and visibility on search engines. Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues related to site architecture, crawlability, mobile responsiveness, and page speed; implement necessary fixes using tools like Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and SEO software. Build high-quality backlinks through strategic link building initiatives to strengthen domain authority and search rankings. Monitor website analytics using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other tools; generate detailed reports on web performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and social media teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital assets and campaigns. Requirements Proven experience in SEO strategy development, technical marketing, and digital marketing campaigns with a focus on search engine optimization (SEO). Strong understanding of web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making. Hands-on experience with SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms for analysis and reporting. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Content Management Systems like WordPress for implementing on-page optimizations. Knowledge of website management for e-commerce platforms and experience optimizing metadata for product pages. Familiarity with technical SEO aspects such as site architecture, crawl budget management, schema markup, and page speed optimization. Ability to perform comprehensive keyword research and develop effective SEO content strategies that align with business objectives. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and implementing strategies to improve user engagement and conversions. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms (Google Search) and best practices for SEM campaigns across multiple channels including social media management. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex SEO concepts clearly across teams; a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends. Pay:
$35.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
