Position Overview:
Tandem is looking for an in-house experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for a full-time team member that is passionate about building relationships with our SEO, PPC, and Social clients. The account manager will be the frontline of communication for our clients, managing their ongoing performance and championing efforts to surpass their goals. This role will be focused on the management, retainment, and growth of client engagements by strategizing and managing the continuous improvement of our digital marketing tactics and communication. This includes organic search, paid search, creative development, social media, brand awareness and website management. This role focuses on account support, client communication, performance tracking, and project coordination, with opportunities to grow into strategy and account leadership over time. •Compensation will be determined by existing knowledge and experience.•This position is aFULL-TIME IN OFFICE

Are a clear communicator with excellent written, verbal and listening skills. Are organized, detail oriented and results driven Can manage deadlines and coordinate tasks across teams Have strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate efficiently with team members both in person and remotely. You enjoy working with clients and fortifying relationships for long-term success. Are a problem-solver and quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment Are motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Primary point of contact for assigned accounts which will include regular client facing communication. Manage completion of tasks by collaborating with our social media, SEO and PPC teams. Coordinate deliverables with SEO, PPC, social, and creative teams Help manage deadlines and project timelines with SEO, PPC, creative and social media teams. Support strategy execution based on client goals and performance data Communicate campaign results, recommendations, and next steps to clients Maintain clear expectations and contribute to strong client retentionRequired Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in account management with strong cross team collaboration and project management. 1-2 years of experience in the digital marketing industry Familiarity with digital marketing platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc. Basic understanding of SEO tactics and tools for website optimization. Ability to analyze SEO and PPC performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, keyword rankings, and organic traffic trends Experience using basic business tools, including but not limited to: Google Suite, Asana, ClickUp (or similar project/task management system), etc. Strong organization and communication skills, both written and verbal. Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:
Experience working in an agency environment Familiarity with CRMs or marketing reporting dashboards Experience using SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, or similar platforms Experience building or contributing to performance reports and client-facing insights Comfort collaborating with SEO strategists, PPC specialists, social, and creative teams to support campaign executionJob Type:
