In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize compelling Facebook advertising campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. Your expertise in digital marketing and media buying will ensure our campaigns deliver maximum ROI while aligning with overall marketing strategies. Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives using Facebook Ads Manager. Monitor campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement conversion tracking and pixel integration to accurately measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media plans that incorporate SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, and other digital channels such as Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and affiliate marketing programs. Manage budgets efficiently across multiple campaigns, ensuring optimal spend allocation for maximum impact. Perform ongoing A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters to enhance conversion rates and reduce cost per acquisition. Utilize SEO tools and web analytics platforms to support overall digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, and conversion optimization efforts. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media management, media buying, and digital advertising technology to keep campaigns innovative and competitive. Experience Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns with a strong understanding of Facebook Advertising platform functionalities. Hands-on experience with performance marketing strategies across multiple channels including Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and affiliate networks. Solid knowledge of PPC campaign management techniques such as keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and audience segmentation. Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking campaign performance and user behavior insights. Experience utilizing SEO tools for keyword research and implementing SEO best practices within digital campaigns. Strong background in media planning, budgeting, and conversion optimization within e-commerce or online retail environments. Ability to analyze data from various sources to inform strategic decisions that improve campaign ROI. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced setting.
