Job Description

Are you a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on improving performance and driving real client results?

We're looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our Client Success team, where you'll own campaign performance for a portfolio of high-value clients. In this role, you'll partner closely with Account Managers in a pod structure-giving you the space to focus on what you do best: optimizing campaigns, uncovering insights, and driving measurable ROI.If you enjoy working across PPC, SEO, and multi-channel campaigns-and want to see the direct impact of your work-this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll DoOwn day-to-day campaign performance across PPC and SEO initiativesOptimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and display networksAnalyze performance trends and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve ROIBuild and maintain pacing reports, performance dashboards, and campaign insightsConduct A/B testing (ads, landing pages, keywords) to improve resultsPartner with Account Managers to support client retention and growthParticipate in client meetings, presenting insights and performance updates as neededTroubleshoot performance issues and identify new optimization opportunitiesSupport keyword strategy development and SEO performance reportingManage multiple campaigns and priorities within defined SLAs What Makes This Role DifferentFocused ownership: You handle performance-not client firefightingTeam-based model: Work in pods with dedicated Account ManagersReal impact: Your work directly influences client retention and growth
Variety:
